About Our Company
LT Creative is a company with three unlikely main services that manage to make a lot of sense. Every service we provide our clients can be backed by another service that is just as beneficial. We easily transition from designing a logo to designing a website around that logo. Personal photography sessions can end up progressing into an engagement photography session that is, of course, followed by a wedding. Oh, and did we mention we also provide DJ entertainment services? It's full circle here at LT Creative and that only means we can provide more services, one-on-one attention and experience to our clients.
If you decide to visit us at our location or call us to discuss your design, photography or entertainment needs you will notice one thing about our company: we love what we do. Our business is about being happy and making our clients happy. We have a passion to create and design, which allows us to connect with our clients on every job. That bond not only provides us with work that we can feel proud of, but it sustains our business. We succeed because our clients succeed and that is true for all of our services. LT Creative is about doing what we love and doing it to the very best of our ability. We promise you'll love what we do too.
Our Process:
We're proud to say that everything about our process is based on our clients. From the moment we sit down with our clients during their free consultation we make sure to process and note all of our clients' needs and wants for their new website, photography session or entertainment services.
From there we maintain open lines of communication. We always answer phone calls and emails within a timely manner and invite our clients to be open with us. Our goal is to guarantee our clients comfort and flexibility throughout the process. Whether it's wanting a blue header on a website or having songs that just can't be played at your reception, we will follow through no matter what it takes.
After any of our projects end we don't end ties or fall off of the grid. All of our web clients are able to sign up for a yearly hosting contract that allows monthly updates to their website. Our photography clients always receive a disk with all of their photographs, but we will be here just in case they need a special print order or would like to take part in another photo shoot.
As far as entertainment services we consider the job done when our clients are exhausted after a night of dancing and laughter, but just in case you need us again, or would like to know exactly what song was playing when your uncle did a cartwheel in the middle of the dance floor, well, we'll be here to answer that too.
Dedicated to the Community
In such a competitive industry it's important to reach out and make connections that allow us to positively impact our community. Every year we donate two websites to local .orgs. Past recipients include Cuda Inc., Wallingford Animal Shelter, and CT Bikers for Babies. We have also donated our photography and DJ services to The Michael J. Fox Foundation, and the Quinnipiac Chamber of Commerce. It is our goal to establish ourselves as a resource of quality, no strings attached work that allows our community to prosper.
